How do I log-in to the Shop PPAI Member Store site?
In order to log-in to the Shop PPAI store site you will need an email address and a password.

PPAI Members: Current PPAI Members may log-in to the Shop PPAI Member Store by using their PPAI Username and Password. Your PPAI Member log-in will enable you to receive lower members-only pricing at the Shop PPAI Store. If you do not remember your PPAI member password, select the Reset My Password link.

Non Members: Non Member customers may create a Shop PPAI account by going the the “Sign In” link under the Non Members Store and clicking on the “Create a new account” link. Creating an account will enable you to save billing and shipping information for future orders. We will also create and order history for you so that you can easily track past purchases. You may update your account at any time by signing in to the Shop PPAI Non Member Store and selecting the “My Account” link.

How do I receive PPAI member pricing?
In order to receive member pricing on the Shop PPAI Store, you must have an active PPAI membership and log-in to the Shop PPAI Member Store. Non-members do not receive member pricing. To become a PPAI member, call 888-I-AM-PPAI (426-7724).

I belong to a Regional Association. Can I still receive the PPAI Member discount?
At this time, Regional Association members do not qualify for PPAI member discounts. However, PPAI is pleased to offer specials on select items offered through the Regional Affiliate Pantone Program, for members of participating Regionals. What are the advantages of purchasing Pantone products from Shop PPAI versus purchasing directly through Pantone?
PPAI is a Pantone Authorized Dealer and the promotional products industry’s exclusive dealer for Pantone products. As a PPAI member benefit, we are able to provide PPAI members with discounted pricing for Pantone product offerings. PPAI members can save anywhere from 5% to 50% off on select Pantone product retail prices.

Can I post and/or share the content of a digital download (.PDF) file with others?
All digital download files and products are copyrighted by PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS ASSOCIATION INTERNATIONAL. Reproduction, distribution, display, transmission or retransmission in whole or in part of any product and any of its components – including tables, charts, figures, photos and other graphics – is prohibited without written permission from the PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS ASSOCIATION INTERNATIONAL. Incorporation of the product or any part thereof as part of another work without the written permission PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS ASSOCIATION INTERNATIONAL is prohibited, except as permitted by law.

How can I place an order?
You can place your order online or by calling 888-I-AM-PPAI (426-7724). Make sure to log in with your PPAI username and password if you are a member of PPAI to take advantage of member pricing. If you are not a PPAI member, you may still purchase products from the Shop PPAI Store, but you won’t be eligible for member pricing.

How do I use a promotion/coupon code?
To redeem a promotion or coupon code, enter the code in the appropriate field on Step 2 of the checkout page. Be sure to enter the code with the exact spelling and capitalization as shown. You must click “Apply” in order for the discount to be applied. The discounted amount will be displaced on the Shopping Bag and Order Summary pages. If the code is invalid, expired or you have not placed the correct products in the shopping bag, a discount will not be applied.

Will I be charged Sales Tax?
Items shipped to destinations in the states of Texas and Ohio are subject to sales tax. The tax rate applied to your order will generally be combined state and local rate for the address where your order is shipped.


Can you invoice me for my order?

Currently, the Shop PPAI Store requires prepayment by check, money order or credit card. If you have any questions, please contact us at 888-I-AM-PPAI (426-7724) ext. 3087.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates vary by location and weight of the products being shipped. A shipping calculator is available on our website on the checkout page. Please note that, there will be additional fees for orders shipping outside of hte U.S.

Can you ship my order outside of the United States?
Yes. We ship internationally to all 125 countries and providences that utilize FedEx International Economy. Note that the fees for international shipping are higher than domestic rates and will vary based on items ordered. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number. To track your order you can click on the provided tracking information link provided in the email, call FedEx at 1-800-463-3339 or track your order online at www.fedex.com.  

  Returns / Exchanges

What is your return policy?
For the first 30 days after your purchase, you may return products for a full money back refund or exchange, excluding any shipping charges.  All returned products must be in brand new condition and have all original manufacturers’ packaging.  Returns must be packaged within a shipping box, no labels or stickers should be applied to the product box. Customer(s) will be responsible for all shipping expenses. PPAI reserves the right to not accept a return or exchange if the item has been damaged or if the original package seal has been broken.

PPAI must be notified of all returns/exchanges in advance via email at Shop@ppai.org.

Damaged, defective or incorrect products.
If a product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will either replace it or give you a full refund (including shipping), depending on the option you prefer. If you require a replacement, we will process the new order upon receipt of the damaged or defective product. For product(s) damaged in transit, please keep the shipment in its original packaging materials and contact us for instruction. Please contact us by phone at 888-I-AM-PPAI (426-7724) ext. 3087 or via email at Shop@ppai.org for assistance with your return.

  If You've Already Placed An Order 

How quickly will I receive my order?
If all items are in stock, your order will typically within 3 business days from the time your order is submitted. Expedited orders submitted after 2:00 PM CDT, Monday through Thursday, will be shipped the next business day. Orders submitted after 2:00 PM CDT on Friday, during a weekend, or on a holiday will be shipped the next business day. (Questions regarding expedited shipping may be directed to Shop PPAI Customer Support at 1-888-426-7724 ext. 3087). If you place an order for an item that is on Backorder, your entire order will be placed on backorder. Most items on backorder are in stock within 2 weeks or less. Your order will ship as soon as all items in your order are in stock.

If you have placed an order for a digital download (.PDF) product, your product is delivered via email within 24 hours upon order completion.

I placed an order at a trade show. Where is it?
To find out the status of your order, please call 888-I-AM-PPAI (426-7724) ext. 3087 or email Shop@ppai.org. Orders placed at a show are typically shipped out one week following the show. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your product has been shipped.

How can I get a copy of my receipt for an order I placed?
If you placed your order online, you can go to your My Account, Cart History, and then click on the order number to view your receipt. You were also emailed an order confirmation for your order which will also have all of the pertinent order details. For orders placed at a show or by phone, 888-I-AM-PPAI (426-7724) ext. 3087 or email Shop@ppai.org.
